Week 5: 50 Day Challenge

Here are the week 5 challenges!  Remember to keep up with the previous weekly and daily challenges.


  •  Pray before all meals* - Ask if there is anything at work or school that you can pray about.  Ask the server at a restaurant "We are about to pray for our meal is there a way we can pray for you?"  
  •  Read a Christian Book or Listen to a Christian Podcast - Christian authors and podcasts can help enourage and challenge you to grow closer to God and look at your life differently.  My favorite authors and podcasts are Andy Stanley, Craig Groeschel, Matt Chandler, and Judah Smith.  Look any of them up on iTunes or their books on Amazon.
  •  Join or start a Small Group with your family - Its such a blessing to share life with Godly friends.
  • Spend time with your family at a park - There is something about playing outside and being together as a family.  Stay off your phone and stay engaged!
  • Leave love notes for your wife around the house* - Put them in fun places.  If you have kids encourage them to do the same.
  • Bless your wife at work with a drink, snack, or flowers. - Just to make her smile and let her know you are thinking about her.
  • Survey your wife/kids about their favorite things. - Our preferences change.  Keep up on your family's favorite snack, drink, music, store, activity, etc...
